Clients get electronic notices telling them when to report for testing. Stable clients are generally tested once a week at random. Those having a harder time are generally tested twice a week at random.

Testing takes place at our Los Angeles locations. We can also test at someone’s home.

Results go to the requesting organization or individual. Panels can be set to fit the purpose of the test, and the system can identify prescription medications.

If a test is positive, staff follow up directly with the individual, using a plan agreed on in advance.

With the client’s consent, results can be shared with Blackburn Recovery Services case managers, Blackburn Clinical Services clinicians and Blackburn Mentoring mentors. That lets the team adjust the plan early, before small problems grow.
